K.D. SULLIVAN is an internationally recognized authority on proofreading, as well as an authority on entrepreneurial business. She founded Creative Solutions Editorial, Inc., a San Francisco—based proofreading and editorial agency that serves book publishers, advertising agencies, insurance companies, and Internet and high-tech firms throughout North America.

Giving Back to the Community

Since 2000, K.D. has volunteered with SCORE http://www.sfscore.org, San Francisco, and served as Chapter Chair in her first year. SCORE, Counselors to America's Small Business, is a national not-for-profit organization providing free counseling and low-cost business training.

Starting and Growing a Small Business

K.D. is regularly quoted in the print media. Her early interest in acting has provided significant experience on stage and TV. She has appeared on television and radio to share her expertise on starting and growing a successful business. Her clinic, "Go Ahead, Proof It," is featured on the business core skills web site YouAchieve.com.

Speaking and Teaching Programs

K.D. is also a popular seminar leader-trainer and consultant and regularly designs and implements proofreading workshops and corporate training programs throughout the United States and Canada.
